Lady on the counter who served was very unprofessional and food was cold like room temperature not even in hot food cabinet or in fridge. She refused to heat up the food and yelled at her staff who were about to heat up the food for us. She said we’re too busy for this keep going. Food was not good too. Too salty and no meat just salad. Never going back again.

Fantastic value for money particularly the combo boxes like the Duo satay. Nice and friendly staff and a good range of food. Gets busy at early lunchtime so either go before mid day or wait till closer to 1pm or later.

The food was delicious so good and it’s cheap aswell and the staff were very friendly and it was quick service got my food in like 5 minutes I would come back again

Today I bought a tofu noodle salad, same thing I usually buy most weeks during my lunch break. Same taste, always made well. However this time, I got about half way through my salad, looked down into the bowl and saw a living green cabbage looper caterpillar in my salad crawling over my veggies! It was alive and very much disgusting. I took it straight back to them. They gave me an immediate refund, so they should, good service on that end. But I did very much feel grossed out. They're obviously not washing their veggies. Who knows how many other vegetable pests I've eaten. Unclean food...will not be buying from them again and neither will my work place.

Usually get SatayMe ftom the Willis st but have moved closer so tried here. Got the usual taster meal, however this one came with a beef roti wrap not chicken which fell apart and beef was dry. The skewers were cold and dry and, as was the slice of roti. The rice was warm but overall didn't compare to Willis st. Food should be at correct temperature and out of the danger zone.

Very bad experience, I’m three month pregnant. Yesterday bought 10 dumplings from their shop at 2:50pm. When I got home, I ate first dumpling was fine. The second dumpling was raw! The chicken meat was pink! I quickly opened the other dumplings. Three more dumplings were raw! It makes me so sick, I didn’t eat since last night. Will never go back again.

I used to like coming here for a meal. But the taste of the food had gone downhill and the service is not good either. No smiles at all. Seems like everyone is not having a good day. Wont go there agai

Boyfriend order a veg spring roll which had chicken in it. When we went back to enquire whether they had given us the right one they simply removed the veg spring roll sign, replaced it with 'chicken spring roll' and claimed they don't have vegetarian spring rolls. Completely unprofessional and no apologies or attempts to correct their mistake.
