So professional! Can’t recommend them enough, made everything so stress free for me before my move to Australia, they got all the stains out of my carpets that I previously tried doing myself with a Bissell Spot Clean which came to no avail and got my bond back from the property managers. owner is a top bloke and very friendly, would highly recommend, thanks team!

I actually can't use these guys for carpet cleaning, but that is because the owner is so knowledgeable and sensible and intelligent when it comes to allergies and all the little details of possible contaminant. If you're looking for someone who is after your very best wellbeing, I highly recommend! -Ok. While the owner was good and the guy who recently came out to see the damage to our laundry after a leak was very friendly and seemed onto it ... the insurance company apparently have been calling and calling to find out the recommendation - which is to remove the entire laundry ceiling as it cannot be patched. We need this done. We have piping in other places that needs replacing before it bursts and that needs the builder to be taking the ceiling down and we were told 5-7 days but it's been LONG past that. WHEN are you going to contact and confirm with our insurance company? If another leak springs and more damage is done because of your company's slackness, I expect you will make up for that by paying for it.

We have used Chem-Dry in the past, and always found them to be very professional and helpful in setting up times for our carpet cleaning - especially as we run a B&B and have to make exact times between guest stays. The young man who has done our cleaning is very polite, explains the process well and does an excellent job. Would recommend them anytime.
