Market Flowers

Got a voucher from the treatme for discounted site credit so decided to give this company a try. I ordered the florist's choice bouquet in the standard size and wasn't sure if the quality and size of the bouquet would be ok. I was extremely happy with what was delivered, they were a get well soon gift and they were beautifully bright and cheerful. Same day delivery was also a plus, I'd definitely use this company again!

These guys are AWESOME! I placed an order for valentines day, and 2 days later I got an email about $20 discounts for valentines bundles - i emailed them and they upgraded my order for free so I would get the benefit of discount I just missed out on. The flowers have already been delivered today at 10am, absolutely perfect the gf is stoked. Thanks guys 10/10

My boyfriend just got his tulips now! We're both very pleased especially since the delivery driver Daniel had to go through the flooding. Thank you Market Flowers (and Daniel), will definitely be buying from yous again xoxo

Amazing Service and great Customer Service team. Ontime Delivery , pls book before 12noon. Flowers got delivered within couple of hrs. Will definitely recommend to all.

Ordered Mother’s Day flowers for my 93 year old MIL and from photos she sent nothing to what I ordered from selection . I know colours are not always available but certainly arrangement can be more than predominantly foliage. Very disappointing. Will not be using again.

Thank you, thank you to the staff at Market Flowers. Not only a fabulous arrangement delivered in a timely manner but all done despite the difficulties of being overseas. My niece loved the flowers celebrating the birth of her first child. Flowers definitely connect families!

Wish I had read the reviews about not using Market Flowers if you want flowers delivered on time. Ordered flowers on website on Wednesday 13th of April for delivery on 16th of April (Easter Saturday). Received email confirmation with delivery date confirmed. No flowers arrived. Phoned and emailed. Response was that they were closed Easter weekend which was on their website. They even included a screen shot of this, as if to prove their point of 'we are not at fault here'. Too bad, their website let me place an order, take my money and send out confirmation of my order and delivery date. They failed to offer me an explanation for this. I got an apology for the 'inconvenience'. Not receiving my order was a huge let down and their customer service disappointing. Market Flowers, please make some changes to how you deal with your website and customers.

Delivery went great, however the flowers died within a couple days, never even opened up! This is caring for them as per instructions and using flower food.

Update: Market Flowers reach out the next day and offered and full refund as well as send a replacement bouquet of flowers. Thank you for your prompt response to fixing this matter.What I ordered (flowers in vase) looked nothing like the flowers sent (photo on the right) not only that, their site asks for sender details but don’t include it in the card! Absolute disappointment. The flowers were to celebrate a milestone in a friends life and you absolutely ruined that excitement with the tacky looking flowers that were sent! If I wanted bright and colourful, I would’ve ordered bright and colourful! Not what I ordered, wasted $100 on something I could’ve bought from the supermarket for $20. Ripp-off! Not happy!
