Flooring Xtra North Shore

After my laundry flooded from all the recent weather, I was very impressed with how quick and easy it was to replace the floor. The team, led by Terry, were amazing to deal with and made the whole experience far less stressful that what I had anticipated. Thank you so much, would highly recommend.

Really good experience from picking the flooring, to payment, delivery and install. Communication was consistent and accurate. Well done NS team!Would hope that in the future there is better technology for dust collection when uplifting old floor :)

We are (still) in the process of a renovation which was supposed to have been completed last week. Flooring was supposed to be the last stage last Friday. From my first contact to discuss my options until the completion of laying the floors, your staff have provided excellent service. Nothing was too much bother. I was concerned about selecting something that was a good contrast to a new benchtop, so we put it in the car and took it to the store. Two staff went above and beyond, trapesing backwards and forwards to the car with numerous samples, until finally landing on the best one. Ordering and booking the installation was easy. They turned up, on due date, on time and did a very professional job. Sadly we are still scrambling to get our other tradesmen onsite. We are not a priority to them. They dont turn up, opt for 'bigger' jobs, leave without finishing the job, and don't communicate. They could take a leaf out of your book. Thank you so much North Shore Flooring Xtra. The kind of service that makes you smile!! So, replacing our carpets after the flooding is an onerous task, made so, so much easier by Emma S. Honestly? She went above and beyond to help us. I'd never go anywhere else after her exceptional customer service skills. So grateful to have met her - plus, she's even found a way to help out 9 Lives Orphanage, a kitten, bunny and guinea pig rescue!! Thank you so much Emma, from all the family. We really appreciate your hard work and dedication - especially when our insurance company have been so difficult to deal with!!!

We love our new carpet! The kids were so in love with the soft touch nylon that their first reaction was to do snow angels on the floor. I recently had my floors installed by North Shore Flooring Xtra and I couldn't be happier with the results! During the initial consultation, Emma and Matt provide recommendations based on their expertise; Then the installing team (Injoon's team) arrived on time and worked efficiently to completed the job within the estimated time frame. The end result is stunning. Also very grateful to the accounts team (Kim's team) and I have been given extension for the balance payment while I worked through with my insurance claim.Overall I would highly recommend NS Flooring Xtra to anyone who looking for quality floors and skilled floor installer. We were very pleased with the exceptional service received from Flooring Extra. Matt was especially helpful and was there throughout to give us good advice and suggestions regarding the fitting. The quality of the carpet is very good. On the day carpet was fitted this was completed efficiently and quickly, we were very happy with the fitting and how hard the fitter worked to finish the work. While their first work was good - asking them to sort something - their workmanship - aesthetically is not good at all - leaves a lot to be desired - everyone that visits comments on the finish and I have to say which company did this - couldn’t recommend
