Friendly, welcoming and warm customer service. Tokoroa KFC outshines many of the KFCs in Auckland. Chicken is fresh, tasty, moist and not dry. Repeat customer. Stopover when travelling through. Definitely recommend.

Went there today to get wicked wings.Went to the bathroom and it was disgusting it smells like urine. and the food tasted like it was a day old and it did not tast like wicked wings at all. Will not be back there again

Needed a feed on our way to Kinloch, service was slow but pleasant. The food was what you would expect from KFC. Average all round. Place wasn't overly clean.

I've got to say - this store has got to be the freshest in the country. Every time I go, my food tastes freshly cooked and is piping hot. Friendly and efficient staff. I rave to all my Auckland friends about how they've got to try Tokoroa KFC if they're ever in the area! Well done guys.

I purchased a 3 piece deluxe meal, but the chicken portions were tiny. The meal was not value for money. The chips were over salted and tasted like cardboard. Definitely not a good experience.

I don't know what I was thinking when I decided to buy lunch here today, as I always regret eating KFC, but sometimes I feel like trying again. It was, however, convenient and the staff member was doing a great job, friendly and helpful, but as usual, the food, terrible. Fries were so salty I couldn't eat them. KFC, you never fail to disappoint me.

I use to love KFC…………How hard is it to put a persons order in a bag?The last 4 times in a row, I’ve had to go back through to get a burger that’s been paid for and is mysteriously not there..not to mention raw chicken..

We went into Restaurant approx 1.15pm to order lunch and was discussed at the mess on the floor and tables. It was filthy. So we walked straight out the door again, never to return to the dirty discussing place.
