Very disappointed, went there to check a noise coming from the front CV of my Toyota ipsum, they suggested changing one so I accepted . Picked up the car and the noise was still there, then they suggested the other CV needed to be replaced because they didn't pick up the noise in the first time from that side andwanted to charge me again for the whole job.

I was left utterly disappointed when trying to get a quote and book my car for repairs. I followed up multiple times by way of visit, but continued to not receive what was promised. As much as I would like to use them, if they can't be bothered giving me a quote and a booking, what is a customer to do?

During a regular service the guys noticed that our brakes were worn out and needed to be replaced. On both appointments they did an amazing job, for a great price and called to check in/keep us updated. We can definitely recommend them. Making the appointments was also super easy even on short notice.

Highly recommended! Very professional and kind hearted!Only used half an hour help me diagnosed my Audi burning oil issue and provided a formal report which helped me got that car returned to the dealer.

The job was a tricky one and they did a great job. There were some other small repairs needed while the car was in bits and they contacted me to explain what they recommended doing before undertaking the repairs. Valeted the car before return it appeared. Awesome.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Took a diesel truck to get looked over before purchase they gave me the hard word and i backed off the deal. Super thankful.

Great service thanks guys. Dropped car off in the morning to replace the starter motor and returned the same afternoon as planned. Very efficient and will use again (hopefully not too soon though)

Can recommend these guys, unlike the previous mechanic I used, they were honest about my car - when they could have easily charged me for unnecessary repairs. Good clear communication about what work had been done and they charged a really fair price and I’ll be using them again in future. Cheers guys!

Took my car here as I suspected I needed a new u joint (very obvious squeaky noise when moving). Was told they were going to have a look at it and inform me what the issue was. Had very poor communication from them throughout the 3 days they held my car. At the end of the 3 days, I was told that there was nothing wrong with it and they didn’t notice a squeaky noise so they only lubricated the u-joint. The noise was obviously still there as I left the shop. Was very frustrated as it took them 3 days to apparently have a look at the car to only tell me there was nothing wrong with it. I couldn’t get it fixed before the weekend (as it was Friday) so was forced to use the car with the squeaking for a few days. The noise got worse and a heavy vibration started so I took it into a different mechanic the following week. I was told not only did the u joint need replacing but I’d need a new drive shaft as it showed obvious damage from driving on a worn out u joint. Overall, Pakuranga Automotive showed very good customer service in-store however, were obviously either too lazy or too under skilled to fix my car.
