From my first enquiry with Martin to delivery of my Smooch Paris Sofa-bed by Jason. It went so smoothly & without undue worry or stress. Smooch was a pleasure to deal with. Professional, polite & friendly. Any question I asked was promptly responded to by staff who have great product knowledge & stand by it. (No better recommendation than staff who buy from their own stock).

Love the Monte Carlo Queen size sofa bed that we bought. It has turned our spare room into a second living room / 4th bedroom. The quality is really good. Nice and comfortable to sleep/sit on. Easy pull out sofa bed and love having the extra storage for pillows and blankets

Very easy to deal with. Franz did everything I requested, held the sofa for another week as we were not ready. It arrived on time, delivery man put it in the room we had chosen. The whole experience was great and we will recommend SMOOCH in the future to anyone who is looking for a sofa bed. Patti

We love the Paris Double Sofa Bed, we bought 3! They are modern, comfortable, sturdy and so easy to push down into a bed when we need them to be. Smooch has a wide range of beautiful colours. Very friendly and helpful bunch of people.

I am a genuine customer who got ripped off, shame on you.Not even a year, useless sofa leg broke! Don't waste your money on cheap rubbish.These guys are ONLY happy to communicate just to get payment from you, after that you'll never hear from them again - had an issue about their delivery service, they didn't even bother to reply.

Website is shocking. Why would you not have prices and availability? I am trying to compare items after hours online but with no way of knowing how much anything is I have lost interest. I shouldn't need to Call for a quote" on a couch. What a waste of time."
