The price was the best I found but they completed the whole job, from quote to install, in the time I was waiting for another company to simply reply.They also accommodated my last minute changes in a no-fuss and polite way. WOW! The two customer service representatives I spoke to on the phone, both were SO RUDE! Just no interest of what they are doing and no passion in customer service at all. The first one, said will call me back but haven't heard a thing from her; and the second one who is named Alice, just hung up on me.

Heat pump installation. The fellow who gave me the quote was thorough and able to answer my queries while the people who did the installation were pleasant, professional, did a great job and left the place tidy when they were done. They were also the only company I got a quote from that explicitly offered a payment plan.

We found from the initial consultation to the final installation of our air system that this company was knowledgeable about their products, reasonably priced and efficient. The men that installed our system we're polite and respectful. They did the job efficiently and cleaned away all mess at completion. I would recommend this company for service, value for money and good advice on which products best suit your particular needs.
