The guys are helpful and amenable.I found the rental expensive but Allan kindly waived an extra fee for meThe place is safe for your things. Easy to access just make sure your Passcode works before you go after hours.

Kiwi Storage are excellent. They have great storage options available and are responsive with their communication. Having someone on-site is a bonus. They also offer packaging for storage to protect items - the mattress covers were worth it. We can’t recommend them highly enough if you are looking for storage space.

Such a great team, with prompt communication, knowledgeable information, and a hassle free system.We used Kiwi Self Storage for almost a year, and can highly recommend Chris and the team. They were helpful, flexible and always made things - like increasing storage size - work for us.A simple and secure location, we always felt our belongings were 100% safe. Fantastic service, easy to access, great location, very secure. From the first call, Alan, Chris and the team were incredibly helpful with pricing, size of unit needed and packing items. They arranged access for a removal team on a public holiday after I left Auckland and got everything loaded up in great time and with care. I would highly recommend Kiwi Self Storage-North Shore.
