Great job! We haven't had hot water for two days and Rob definitely lived up to 'fast and reliable service'. Rob was quick to respond to my online request, he was able to come within the day. He also talked me through all the issues with my hot water cylinder, which was both informative but illustrated how dedicated he is to providing a great service. I looked online for prices and Rob is very competitive. He was also just great to talk too. I will definitely be calling Rob again if I have any issues. Thank you so much!

He showed up on time and immediately got to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs. Our hot water cylinder pipe was leaking/dripping and the latest a bigger than usual water bill gave us the push to get help from a hot water specialist urgently. We sent out several enquiries and since it is a Friday, we didn't think it will get sorted until next week. Rob surprised us! Not only he is the first one to respond, he assessed the issue through a photo, provided clear (and resonable) itemised cost and fix it the same day, to be more accurate in less than 3 hours from the time the enquiry was sent! He also went above and beyond to free the stuck main water tap. We are very grateful for his amazing skill and service. Highly recommended!

Rob installed a new HW cylinder 10 months ago and we were very happy with his service. About 10 months into the 12 month warranty, a problem developed suddenly, with the pressure limiting v/v and he was very helpful in assisting us to resolve the resultant claim. Would thoroughly recommend him.

we called a plumber at first but he couldn’t find the problem but still charge us out service+ an hour labor rate... we had no hot water for three days.... then I googled here and called Rob, he came early in the morning and fixed our water cylinder instantly!
