Not recommended. It is hard to know what side of the fence these people are. Heartbreaking watching what a friend has gone through with sacked kiwi. A hard working mate still left unpaid, no thanks to sacked kiwi.

Wonderful bunch of hard working people. They make the process easy with good communication, although a few times we had to ask where things were at. They make things happen and if you have an employment dispute, it costs nothing but time to get sound advice. Alex is very professional and easy to talk to making everything smooth and stress free. I recommend. You pay no fee whether you win or lose. The company who made you redundant pays their bill if you win. If they lose, they are out of pocket" not you. Great if you're made redundant."

Don't waste your time. I lodged a file 3 weeks ago. Got the stuff around and 3 weeks later with zero income and no payment from my previous employer, I was told I had to pay for the service.

Terrible service. A woman named Vicky spoke extreamly rude to me. Had an angry tone in her voice. Didnt listen to a word I said. Dont waste your time.

Beware of sacked kiwi. If you have employment grievances go STRAIGHT to the ERA. It will cost $72.00 but will save you dealing with unqualified unjust unreasonable tiresome loathes like this. Be warned.
