Melanie did the newborn photoshoot of our son and she definitely did an excellent job. We were impressed with her skills in keeping our son relaxed and comfortable during the session. And she was very organised all throughout the photoshoot.:)

Great service! Melanie made us feel so comfortable from the moment we walked in in her studio! She captured such a beautiful images of our newborn son, what will be treasured for years to come in our family.

Reasons for negative feedback;1. Quality of photos poor; background too bright, faces too dark, partners face cut out or not prepared in some photos, editing poor on curtain background2. Used suggestions I provided and no further direction for maternity shoot3. Rushed and done in under 30 mins4. Did not sort clothing to fall / sit correctly so looks messy in pictures (something a photographer should pick up on)5. Not a good choice of photos provided, a number are very similar not giving choice6. No follow up on whether we were happy with the finished photosWouldn’t use again or recommend to friend due to this. Feel disappointed and let down that such an important moment wasn’t captured to a level expected.

Melanie is so wonderful and has very high standards we would recommend her for all your family photos. She has done such great work with our baby bump and now our new born bubs! Wife thinks the world of her.
