I tried to phone Kiwibank Colombo Street yesterday to say I was running late for my 4 oclock meeting to set up a term deposit; I got ' the mailbox is full and cannot accept anymore messages'. My 'chosen' bank from the start,couldn't answer the phone. Why? Same today. Need a response please. Loyal customer' me

Last week I made an appointment personally for today. Found a sheet on the door saying the branch is closed for the rest of the day?! An employee came to the door, talked to me through the door (was hard to understand anything) and told me she cannot find my appointment in the system. So obviously they forgot to book. No other one available for the whole week. She recommended to try it at another branch at the other side of the city. I am very disappointed about that incredible bad service!

Disappointing customer service. Needed help. Recieved an unwelcoming attitude from the older female staff who wasnt very helpful. The younger one pretended she didnt notice but she was more helpful. But then they changed their demeanor and started acting friendly when an older customer walked in later on
