Great workout here, every day is like new and the trainers are all so helpful and friendly!

Had a free trial and absolutely loved it.

The costumer service is really bad.I am very disappointed at the costumer service and the timing of responseI've been waiting for 2 months for a reply regarding my membership.My membership was starting on the 27th of October but I got signed into the system a week before of what I agreed, I asked on the 22nd of October to please cancel my enrollment to the gym because my membership started before the agreed time and without my consent.I've been waiting for 2 months!!!!!!!And now the manager said he is not refunding all my money because there is a 30 days notice for cancelation.Why do I need to pay for a membership that was not meant to start? My membership was starting on the 27th of October and in the 22nd of october I was already asking to cancel my enrollment, but you guys put me in the system without my consent and before the agreed time.2 month waiting for a response and the charges kept coming!I'm a very patient person, but 2 months is too much time!

Awesome new spot to work out in Howick. 9 rounds of different work outside literally, in 30minutes.Easily accessible and friendly not too invasive staff all locals too.Very good experience.Kayeleigh is an experienced and patient yet motivating trainer.Joined up as a monthly member after 1 trial session! Would recommend for ladies or guys!!**Kaylin of Howick.

The team here are super supportive with my health journey. I really enjoy the environment they maintain. Also it’s really well set up and they are very conscious of keeping things clean.
