Most terrible unorganised company I have ever worked for! They do not care about their staff or their clients only making money. They screwed me over for years. Call centre staff talk horrible about clients and staff behind their backs. WORST company should be shut down!! Support workers are all great but management big no no!! Clients are left days without cares. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO SUPPORT WORKERS OR CLIENTS

This company caused me so much stress during the time I had involvement. I could write a book on the cons. One manager even hung up on me, support workers wouldn't show up, call staff expected family to do the job. A total mickeymouse company.

This homecare company has got to be the worst that I have ever come across.I had someone come to stay with me while showering, and the same person to do my housework. But this person failed at both things, and when I complained to Access, they took the person away, and made me wait two weeks, without assistance. And then after that, they still didn't listen, so I finally canceled the service. Now I am doing my own housework, with a spinal injury.They lack both communication, and listening skills. I would not recommend them to anyone, as all that matters to them is the money.

It appears that the Toxic Work Culture at Access extends beyond the confines of the workplace to the 'Community'. Management needs to ensure that Access staff members are aware that loitering in a Hamilton Supermarket Carpark and pulling snarly faces at people, while in uniform, serves only to bring the reputation of Access further into disrepute.
