I have gone to this place for a few years to get my eyebrows done and each time is a different result, not very consistent. Two of the ladies are nice but the others have poor customer service. I often find that they have the wax way too hot and my eyelids get burnt. Finally decided to stop going here.

The best service! Pratika always threads and waxes my eyebrows, I don’t go anywhere else because she’s so understanding of what I want and does an excellent job! The team are so welcoming too!! Highly recommend!!

This is my first visit to this salon & I found myself quite surprised by the friendliness and professionalism that I can not wait to come again. asked for a trim on my fringe and gave me a trim but didbt ask if i wanted my fringe thin and thinned it out anyway, also decided to add more hair to my fringe and didnt ask, also trimmed it uneven

I have been coming here for years all the beauticians have been lovely except prathika iv dealt with her twice she charged me 32 the first time for brows and upperlip i let it go and iv just been today she charged me 20 for upper lip and brows i had questioned her she said its the growth iv been coming here for 4 years and had this issue be careful when dealing with prathika she does a great job but overcharging for her service is not good business

Fabulous service I love coming here I will be back. I have been getting my eyebrows done here for years and now getting my hair done. I was very upset when I entered the salon last week after a terrible episode at another hairdressers, two hairdressers at Hair Makeover calmed me down and made me feel special. I was so happy with the outcome, it's wonderful having your hair done and even better when you have terrific staff like the ones at Hair makeover. Thank you so much for making me feel fantastic!.

Thank you Pratika & Hair Makeover team for the excellent facial services. Started out coming for eyebrows a few years back and I consulted with Pratika about my acne and oily skin a year ago and have then been coming for facials regularly as well. She’s an expert waxing and threading my Island facial hair type lol, performing facials and recommending products for my skin. My skin improved fast and cleared within months, happily leaving every appointment with a glowing and fresh face.
