R MARINE FLAGSHIP

I bought a boat from R Marine a few years ago, and Craig was great, i then sold the Riviera and bought another boat through another company. I then bought an inverter which duly arrived. I learnt that I had ordered the wrong one and sought their help, despite various emails about follow up, nothing... I then emailed a week or two ago, on their website. Again nothing. I have on written one poor review before, but some of the rudeness from the then new owner in some of my dealings and then the lack of response... they definitely will not get my business again.The response below is incorrect. I did send a response back that same day as per below and I attached photos. I did not receive a response.Additionally, I also received a response from another employee at R Marine which is posted below. To the driver of the ford Ute HZH61 probably best not to drive like a complete toss pot in the work truck. Straight up dangerous and careless driving I would recommend going back to get driving lessons. I would be disappointed if any of my staff were acting in this manor in public with a branded work vehicle.

Wow, wow, wow. Was looking for a while with a few brokers. Was referred to Craig and he found me the perfect boat. The service and attention has been amazing. Brought a boat through RMarine 3 years ago. Craig was the broker and couldn’t do enough for us then or since to make sure we have had a rewarding entry to Launch boating. The 24/7/365 support and advice from the team has never been a hassle when sorting the odd minor niggle. Their Riviera social events are also a great feature.

Friendly ans knowledgeable. Definitely worth coming to see what they offer.

Just watched this company’s ute blatantly run a red light as pedestrians were crossing at the corner of Beaumont and College Hill. I wouldn’t work with these people.
