Number One Shoes

Was interested in buying a new pair of shoes was in the store walking around, didnt have much of my style staff didnt even say anything when i was in store or ask for what i wanted

Huge store great variety of shoes at fabulous prices.There has been an awesome winter boot selection on recently and there's always a sale or clearance

Very poor service, had Paula serve me with a return and was very rude about me returning shoes that had collapsed after 1 week use. Very disappointing disappointing experience.

Took back some boots as I already had a pair the same, there was no problem

Your Customer service was disgusting as a business owner if I spoke to the public like you did today to myself we would be out of business. You spoke to me like a 5-year-old child. I am all for supporting local businesses but today you have ruined that and I won't be wasting my money at your shop again.

Brilliant service. Ordered a pair of shoes on-line and they were the wrong size. Returned them to the store. Didn't have my size, said they would get a pair couriered to me. Arrived overnight.

Normally wouldn't review a shoe shop but had a great experience here so why not. I was a little apprehensive at first, explained to the sales staff (Rebecca) what traits I wanted and tried a few of the dogs on, it was great. Friendly, honest and clear advice was provided.What's more, the shoes I wanted were out of stock in this store but Rebecca pointed me to the store in the mall across the way with some stock on hand and get this, by the time I got there she called ahead and the shoes were put aside for me.Great experience and Rebecca is a valuable asset to this team! The store is clear and clear and parking is abundant so all in all, 10/10 great stuff, I'll be back for my next shoes!
