I phoned Go cover and spoke to a lady by the name of Diana. She helped me fill out the claim form as Iam technically challenged. She was so helpful and lovely. She made the experience so much easier for me.

They took 2 months to process my claim and their access fees is $500 and still there is only 10% chances that they will approve your claim. I am gonna cancel my contract - don't waste your time/money people. find someone better.

I don't think this company deserves 1 star... I get there's other victims of flooding but seriously!!! Why is it taking a week and counting to get my mums car looked at. Its not even towed either. She has a mechanic all ready to do the car including a quote and the delay could be a loss in people's jobs... this is absolutely absurd... i wouldnt recommend this company...

Not good... my son canceled his insurance...he was paying by weekly installments. Once he canceled they stopped the direct debit and then 2 weeks later starting taking money out of his bank account again... we will be definitely following this up! Avoid this insurance company like the plague. Very unprofessional. Definitely would not insure with them again.

Worse insurance company and will not recommend to anyone who is in need. Paid weekly and got into an accident. Contacted to get claim put through and after 24 hours since the accident, there was still no contact from the company. Being in an accident is stressful already, adding this on top of the stress is too much.Find another company to insure you!

Have been mucked around from go cover insurance for weeks very frustrating as they are quick to get what the want but never their for u when you need claims made. They ain't a company you want to be with. Avoid them as your insurance company spend your money else where. Their customer service is very incompetent.

Excellent and affordable. My partners been with then about 4 years and they are quick and efficient especially when it comes with dealing with another party due to a accident as I found d out first hand
