Gifted a bookcase storage unit to them and arranged collection. The whole process took 3 days in the week before Christmas. I'm so grateful to them for making extra space in my small flat in the lead up to Christmas.

A great place to buy pre-loved items at very reasonable prices. I went looking for a men's belt but didn't find one to suit this time around. Also tried the Hospice shop before finding what I wanted in the IHC shop. Moral is, keep trying until you find what you want.

Excellent experience, they were grateful when I dropped off donations. The shop was so well presented and I ended up having a look around and bought some matching mugs for ones that had chipped at home. Bargain find!Nicola was excellent. Thanks everyone. Will donate and shop again.

Staff member too busy conversing with colleagues behind the counter to be bothered with the customers waiting to be served. Didn't acknowledge the sale or offer a receipt.....too busy saying she needs a double vodka.....had to ask me how much she had charged.... maybe she needs to use the Salvation Army rehabilitation services or customer service training
