Very pleased with the customer service I received from Bren and Ink & Brayer. I ordered some cushions online during the xmas/new year break and as such was expecting delays because of the usual closedown/supply chain changes during that time. However, Bren still reached out personally to inform me of the delay and made sure I felt like a valued customer, and even sent a complimentary gift because of the delay. The cushions are also very high quality products that work well in my living space, so I can also vouch for the products being priced well to match their quality.
