UCA Accommodation Office

Don't care that this isn't anonymous, this sub par service needs the attention of every current or potential resident. I was a resident of Kirkwood Ave Hall and the accommodation services there were terrible. A friend of mine there sent in multiple maintenance requests for a moisture problem in her room. Finally after nearly 2 months she was approached by a manger and the maintenance man who both spoke to her in a very rude way, basically saying that it's condensation and any damages from the condensation will be charged to her. They suggested the idea of keeping the windows open, IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER. Finally one of the friendly residential assistants with some clout in the CLV hierarchy managed to get a dehumidifier for the room. Her room was entered multiple times unannounced by the maintenance man while she was away.Many of the residents there were overcharged for their accommodation and had to seek a refund.The ensuites were set on a first in first served" basis
