Flaxmere Park

I've seen a lot of people, families, kids enjoying small water fountain. Good for walk, biking even motor run here. Has 2 public toilets, you can find wild duck roaming in the middle of the park.Volleyball, Cricket and any outdoor sports.Seen some gym machines with instructions you use free.

Great fun and always nice people there.

Nice village park with playground. The playground is nothing amazing, but it's not bad either. It's good for toddlers and older kids, and will keep them entertained for a while. There's a decent amount of play equipment for the kids, and all in good condition. There's currently a skate park being built right next to the playground, so when it's finished it will be a good addition for teens, and more adventurous kids.The park is beautiful with lots of trees and a nice little duck pond. There are also sports grounds at the opposite end to the playground. It's a nice place to go for a stroll, or take the dog for a walk, with good walkways through the park.All in all it's a great addition to Flaxmere, and somewhere you should go if in the village, but there are better parks in the Hawke's Bay.

Great playground for the kids and nice place to walk. New skate park is awesome. Kai Cuppa Waka is set up permanently for your caffeine needs while you sit and watch the kids enjoy the park.

A beautiful park to visit and wander. Highly recommended for families, single and couples alike. The downside is that when I visited, some people are playing freebie and they were a bit annoying.

Gorgeous, restful and plenty of space to exercise. It's my favourite park.

New Skate park area is awesome , and I love being able to walk my dog around the pond
