Had to wait over 4 weeks from accepting quote. Then had no communication from them until night before telling me we had to rip up our carpet even though we paid extra for that to be done. Then the next only half of my carpet was laid.. and left house half done. Then took 8 weeks to come back and finish with no communication at all. However i receive the invoice and he expected full payment within 5 days of invoice! I would seriously not suggest this business to anyone
