Fiona and Chris make a great team and deliver fantastic service. Chris managed to fit in an urgent request for a building inspection and highlighted several issues that stopped me from buying a lemon-shaped house at auction. Chris provided a detailed report within 12 hours- highly recommend.

BIC was amazing from the first phone call. They organised the inspection with the real estate agent and had the report completed the next day. The report was comprehensive and everything we needed to obtain finance and insurance. Super super impressed! Was one less thing to worry about when purchasing our house. We had Chris come out and do a pre purchase inspection on a property that we were looking at buying. We found Chris to be extremely professional and methodical in the way he conducted himself on site.The Inspection was carried out at midday on a Friday and I expected that we would get a copy on the following Monday or Tuesday, Chris told us once he completed that he would send it through that evening and, true to his word, it came through just after 6pm!We had a few more questions that we hadn't thought about during the inspection that we asked a few days later and Chris was more than happy to talk us through these.Our dealings with Fiona both before the inspection and her follow up has also been to an extremely high standard and I would have no hesitation in recommending the BIC to anyone.

Best building inspection team around! I would highly recommend using them, and will be going straight back to them for any future reports.We called them late on Friday and they were able to do the assessment and write the report the following Tuesday.
