I’m really pleased that I’ve found an international freight forwarder that I can trust and rely on. I’ve used The Shipper three times in the last two years. Each time communication has been clear and up to date, timelines have been accurate and I’ve found that their rates are cost effective. But most of all I have appreciated the service - having a bespoke logistics consultant overseeing the entire process is very reassuring.

Amazing! Dan and Aish made the process easy, even if the compliance guys took their time.On pickup Dan took me to register my car and even helped put my new plates on!amazing service.will use again when i go back to Australia!

I don't recommend The Shipper for bringing in vehicles or goods.Poor communication. Emails not responded to. Damage to some personal goods. Not told about charges related to my car I would need to pay on arrival, which I would expect an agency to inform me of, as they are meant to be supporting our move. So very disappointed.I am only giving this an extra star as I finally received my car and majority of personal goods intact.But I would highly recommend you look elsewhere.

Dan and Marissa were amazing. They were so accommodating and worked around the clock to make things work out for us.
