NZ post's website said this post shop was open, but when I went to collect my package no one there. Rang NZ post and they said should be open and tried to contact them with no reply.Couldn't be bothered opening i guess?Also different to find entrance.Very poor...

Totally incompetent and unreliable organisation. Even the parcel redirection in the same city can take more than few days to arrive. It's faster to take boat to arrive than NZ Post.

whats going on here then NZ post. literally feels as though you have made it hard to find and pick up a parcel. Lovely lady at the counter knows its a problem... but is anybody doing anything about it? JUST GET A BIGGER SIGN TO START!

I would give no stars if possible. Despite multiple attempts to contact them by NZ Post to redirect a parcel, they have not responded to any follow up. Unable to collect during working hours. Unable to contact them directly (never answer the phone).

The service is on and off depending on the driver. Some of them do a great job and the other ones don't even bother to leave a card to collect in the mailbox.

Reception staff was wonderful. After failing to deliver a parcel due to an inexperienced driver, and having a conversation with a very rude and unhelpful lady at the call center, going to this local depot and talking with the staff directly solved the issue straight away.Kind of sucks I had to go out of my way, and their business hours aren't great, but if you find yourself dealing with reception - they're fine. Managed to go out back and find the parcel.

Thank you for great delivery service. My parcels are always delivered in a timely manner and always placed in a secure place. I would like to thank the delivery agent on the College Road route who services the older housing area of that road. Your delivery agents deserve credit for the great customer service they provide in jobs that aren’t easy being all weather and very physical. Please pass on my thanks.

what the h" this post office? Because they didn't delivery my items. They just put delivered successfully and signed with NSR ATL who is that?I'm waiting for 4months that item. I hope to get my parcel as soon as possible!"

Incompetent ... every second package tends to get lost. Had one package recently that was meant to be signed and delivered to the door, the courier himself never bothered coming to the door, signed for it himself and then left the package in a communal letterbox next to the street for anyone to grab. Called them to sort it out, they palm it off to some other department to deal with and you run in circles going nowhere, two weeks later they never get back to you and pretty much say too bad, you've just wasted your money and your package is gone.Would recommend using ANY other courier service that doesn't involve nz post.
