When you pay money , you except good service, but this shop the staff was not interested looked like. I got my nails done , first she cut it too short than did not bother asking what shape, but don’t test the patience of a customer.The lady was very rude and started making faces, which is highly unprofessional. I would never go back to such a place. She also continued talking in another language to the owner of the nail shop.

Have been here afew times the staff are all so lovely an very professional they take their time an don't rush. I'm disabled so they help in any way they can .I don't go anywhere else all my sisters come to this salon.

I was a regular customer until the lady owner of the salon did my nails. I orginally asked for just gel French tips then part way through she said so you want a manicure or what" I said why not only she was very rushed and was very rough. She had nail polish all over my hands and was unhappy when I asked for her to clean all the nail polish she had left on my fingers. She quickly and roughly massage one hand and then said done. I said I was not happy with her service. She then told me she is the owner and to not come back. The other ladies that work there are great but this owner is very rude showed no customer service and no apologies what so ever. I will no longer use this service after that experience!"

I had my gel acrylic extension nails done in September. Their service was so slow that it took them 3 hours to do my nails.Their service was not up to a standard either as one of my nail had come off within 3 days of applying.The boss lady of the shop was doing my nails first, she was so rude, and yelled at me and her communication skills weren't clear at all.I had chosen my nail colour waiting for her to finish doing my nails but she was busy doing other customers nails that came after me leaving me hanging to wait to complete the job.They took their time in doing other customers nails that come after me and left before and rushed to do mine. I sat their watching them doing other customer's nails.However, The other lady that did the designs of the nails was much better and quicker in doing the nails so One star for her.Next time, I would go to someone who's fast, efficient, communicates with their customer's nicely and do things in an organized manner.

Did my nails 2 weeks ago. They're only just starting to grow out. I wish I did them sooner so I could redo them here again but sadly now in Australia which it's gonna be hard to find someone who can do such immaculate jobs like this salon does ❤️ didn't really get to take any proper photos of them

The best in the area, had manicure gel a few times and nails are always very nicely done.

Brilliant place to go. Staff are very friendly, and helpful. No noisy yelling inside. Nails look beautiful. Eyebrows also very well done.
