Awesome staff at Repco Kerikeri today. Needed a replacement headlight bulb and they sourced the correct bulb, took out the old one and fitted the new one. All with a smile. Thank you!! Much appreciated.

I’ve never been able to get through on the phone no matter how many times or what time of day it is. I walk in to the shop lost and no staff offers to help until I reach out for help. There is only one staff member forget her name who is real welcoming and helpful. Come on Repco step up. I only ring because I live 30 mins from the store so waste my time going there if the part I want is not in stock.

Great service, staff generally knowledgeable. Slightly on the expensive side compared to online shopping. But you pay for the service i guess, as staff will make sure you buy the right product for your car.

I understand businesses need to make a profit, but today I felt completely gouged by the ridiculous and predatory pricing at Repco. Being a regular shopper at Repco for many years, in fact decades, I have noticed unfair pricing creeping in. Today I needed a part for the window washers. The price, an eye watering $12 for a tiny pipe Y join. If I didn't need the part in a hurry I could have purchased a packet of 10 direct from China (landed in NZ) for less than I paid for one at Repco. Who dreams up these prices? :o(

Great helpful staff. A rather rude customer was in the store while I was there, bullying the young girl and trying to provoke a right with the other staff member. They dealt with him very calmly put his purchase through and got him out of the store. Well done to them.
