Top experience working with Polly and Jase on the full renovation of our toilet and bathroom.Given lockdown pressures, everything still happened on time/ day promised.Associated tradesmen were also very professional &courteous.We thoroughly recommend the Refresh team for their attention to detail and excellent finished work!!

I had a new kitchen installed this year and used Refresh Renovations Waikato to project manage. Getting a new kitchen installed can be a stressful experience but, thanks to the team of Steve, Nadeene, Polly and Jason, I had a stress-free experience. The team was organised. They gave me a calendar plan at the beginning, and they kept to that plan apart from the interrupting of 'Lockdown'. I was kept informed, had a prompt response to my emails and text messages. And I love the job they did for me and my new kitchen. I recommend them very highly.

I used Refresh Renovations to make an internal access to my attached garage by knocking out part of a wall and installing a door. The wall was concrete block constructiom , so a bit of work there. Nadeene was a great consultant and Jason made a very good finished product. I would recommend Refresh to others.

They made it all so easy, despite us getting covid in the middle of it all, and a passing in the family, they still did everything we asked and still finished by due date. We recently used Refresh Renovations Waikato and are delighted by the end result!The renovation included a totally new kitchen layout, some alterations to a bathroom, new flooring and having the whole house painted internally. Plus new lighting throughout the house.Steve, very ably assisted by Nadeene & Lee, carried out the renovation in a very professional way providing advice and guidance as well as managing the various tradesmen involved. An unforeseen difficulty was quickly overcome and the very tight timescale that we wanted was adhered to and the project was completed within that timescale and on budget.All tradesmen were excellent, particularly Pops the painter.Well done to all. i would have no hesitation recommending Refresh Renovations Waikato to anyone.

We contacted Refresh Renovations for a smaller bathroom reno. They were very quick to respond to my email and we met with them within days of the initial contact. Polly really listened to us put together an excellent quote. Upon our acceptance of the quote, Polly stayed in touch, giving us updates as to when work would start and confirming materials. The contractors were very professional and respectful. We have a three young children (2 year old and 2x 6 month olds) and the contractors did their best to limit noise when they were sleeping which was incredibly thoughtful. Everything was organised well and we are extremely happy with out experience.

We are very happy with the outcome of pur bathroom renovation despite Covid-19 intervening close to final fit out . Steve and Nadeene listened to our requests and the finished result was excellent . Communication was great through the whole process .We liked the fact that they engaged some local tradesmen as well as from their team.
