We recently visited Kaitaia and unfortunately because of numerous engine management problems we were there for 3 weeks We went to several auto outlets but all too busy to help until we met Jerry at Far North Autos he said he didn’t have time to repair the vehicle himself but would guide my husband to do the repairs in the RSA carpark luckily we could park our caravan there. Between the two of them they managed to sort the problems systematically . Without the most valued knowledge of Jerry and his scan tool we would have still been there. Highly recommend Jerry and his team at Far North Autos a pleasure to have done business with and now back home in Taumarunui.

His verbal quotes are worthless. Always quotes low, says he won't include labour, then charges through the roof. Only reason I kept going back was for his dodgy wof checks

Initially very helpful unfortunately when I rang the business and asked for a follow-up on conversation regarding a query the owner was less helpful and indignant.Spent the morning home baking to give the business for their initial kind servitude to my queryhowever after the follow-up visit decided to give the home baking to a worthy person that does not change from hot and cold.Interesting, a business needs to watch their reputation when dealing with people.........Thank you
