I spoke to the most wonderful person! This was months ago but I still think about it. I think his name was Keith or maybe Heath.I was upset that I didn't qualify for the COL payments the Government were rolling out at the time but he really explained it well and with a bit of humor I don't think I've ever enjoyed having to talk to the government it's usually just a chore but if you're keeping people like this on then big things are going to change! We need a bit of high spirit people like this! I hope he's doing well.
