By far the worst experience I have ever had with company.Totally incompetent.

not a very friendly team working on front counter the staff looked tired no smiles and the store looks messy also had staff member over quote size i gave thus meaning $250 wasted at their exspence on a product you can't return.i spent over $2000 at the store and walked out felling i should off spent my money else where

(Edit: Changed from 2 to 4 stars. A representative has since resolved the issue I was experiencing. Still issues with communications.)Initial experience was good. Helpful staff in store and offered delivery of carpet as I wasn't ordering install, only the carpet.Payed for the carpet then heard nothing back. I called up after 10 days of hearing nothing only to find carpet had arrived a week ago and no one had contacted me. The person on the phone then seemed to know nothing about an offer to deliver it, but that they would send an email. Didn't hear anything back for several days so I called again. The carpet was then delivered that day.The carpet that arrived had obvious manufacturing faults in it and could not be laid by the installer that I had arranged so I had to postpone that install and reschedule another time with him.I have sent emails and pictures of the faults but am still to hear back on what will be happening. As of yet I have a carpet that can't be installed, and an upset installer that I'm wasting his time. Overall not the straightforward and hassle free experience I hoped for. Will gladly update this review once I get a resolution.

We love our new carpet installed by Carpetcourt Masterton. Dean was very helpful in the sales area. We were interested in the Rhino range and he demonstrated how serviceable it was. The installers, Mike and his team were extremely efficient and pleasant to deal with. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone considering an install. Thanks team!

We had a slight hiccup with some of our flooring but Char and the team came to the rescue, very happy with the results beautiful flooring beautifully installed and really nice team to deal with I'm sure in the future it will be my first port of call. Thanks so much team

Was sad to be completely ignored in the store today so eventually left. I appreciate that staff are busy but was still ignored when one became free even though I stood a few steps in front of him. A simple - hello

Excellent service at shop. Understood our needs and recommended the type of carpet we needed.However their was a considerable delay in getting a response to a guide when the carpet could be laid.After the carpet was laid we spent a considerable amount of time vacuming and cleaning up the cuttings and bits left behind by the installers.We would have expected the carpet to be clean and ready to use after installation. Not impressed with this aspect of the service at all.We own a service business and if our people left a job untidy like this their would be consequences.

I walked in a little tentatively with so many choices and big decisions to make. But all the Staff were attentive, happy, helpful and knowledgeable. All in all, a great experience.

We had used Carpet court in the past, and was let down by the install of our carpet, as it wasn't finished or vacuumed at the end of install. Alas, we still decided we would use them again, for our Vinyl planks in our new build. They were ok to deal with at the beginning, until a miscommunication occurred, meaning more flooring and install had to be arranged. The team were rude and blunt around trying to get this sorted. Eventually they ordered more product. I had to chase Charlotte, the manager, multiple times for updates. No urgency to help get the issues fixed, was eh that's not our problem attitude. We ended up doing a supply only with them, and when I went to collect the flooring, I was treated rudely & made to feel like it was all to hard & an inconvenience. I'm glad we managed to find Mike Crawshaw to lay the remainder of our flooring. I wish I had read the reviews or talked to others before going through them again, as there are more bad then good reviews for them.

I really wish I had read the Google reviews before dealing with Carpet Court Masterton. Absolutely terrible experience.The carpet laying was appalling and despite trying to get them to remedy it, there was little care or concern at their end as this was an insurance job and they clearly didn't regard us as important in the equation. The joins are clearly visible across the main living spaces and the job is clearly second class. They sent their carpet layer in to remedy and they commented it was not a good job, after several attempt to 'fix' it is no better.Combined with their terrible customer service, this has been one experience I hope no other consumer has to endure. We have been fortunate enough to advise a number of friends and family how to avoid a similar experience - and to use someone else in the Wairarapa for your flooring requirements.
