Bikes in bad shape. 2 of our four were in very bad shape. Problems like rusty chain, only five out of 7 gears workin, electric motor dying (needing to be tirned off and on to restart). Chain fell off 3 of the bikes, twice on one bike. Very stiff shifting. Sporadic pedal assist. Going up hills was very tough, bad bike plus poor acceleration. We ended up going 1/3 as far as we meant to. Just a tuned normal bike would have been better.

Went NZ for a vacation. Their bikes definitely made my stay more convenient. The bikes were pretty awesome and very well kept, and the people were really helpful and friendly. Will definitely use their services if I go back NZ again.
