Grumpys Cafe and Takeaways Ngakawau
Cafe staff was friendly and pleasant. Burgers we had were grossly overpriced at $26 for something that didn’t satisfy the hunger. The pie we got after that to try fill the belly was pretty substandard as well. Unfortunately no other options close by.

Pies are not worth the money. They look good on the outside but...... Very dry, pretty much no meat in them. Wasn't expecting mouthfuls of pastry.

Had a great Gurnard (fish) & chips. The fish was great and the chips was a good amount. More pricey than the normal fish but worth it.
