Took both my boys on different days both came out with messed up hair so it definitely wasn't a once off. I'm seriously annoyed a total waste of 21 dollars I can do a better job at home with clippers

Not customer friendly as the person not taking customers after 5pm though they’re open till 6pm when only one person waiting. He responded after we waited 10 minutes. Not recommended.

Went to shearing shed porirua and had a terrible experience it was a different hair dresser to who I normally use working and she spent less then 10min on me and my children have come out with uneven cuts and spots missed with the clippers on my boys hair had to tidy it up at home both kids sat super well and still so not reason for such a rushed terrible experience

Went to get a trim at the Porirua store and despite the lady being friendly, I feel like she was so distracted talking to my mum that she didn’t realise she cut my hair so short despite me clearly saying at the start that I did not want my hair cut too short.I understand she was trying to even out both sides but parts of my hair are still uneven and it still cost $40 for me to leave the salon looking like Willy Wonka.

Took my 7 year old here for a haircut and he had the loveliest hair dresser who seemed really good with kids. The hair dresser treated my son like any other client and was having a wonderful conversation with him and making him laugh. Employees like this are what make businesses thrive. Thank you for the awesome experience.

Hairdresser did not listen to what I asked, I asked for a burst fade to grow into a mullet, yet the back was cut to the same length as the sides. I will not be able to grow a mullet as soon as I wanted now, and will not be returning.

I went to the Porirua branch and had my hair cut by an Indian woman who was very pleasant but she unfortunately can't cut hair. She didn't listen to what I wanted and ended up shaving one half of my head to a number 1, and I dont have short hair! I'll never, ever in a million years go again.

Love my new haircut! My hair is extremely thick and takes a while to cut properly. The hairdresser took her time to go through the layers and now it just feels amazing. This is the first time in many many months that I’ve had my hair down. Will be back to get it cut shorter for the summer. Thanks ladies!
