Such a disappointment with the service. Booked service with loan car 10 days prior with confirmation email and was told on the day the request of loan car was not existing. Waste of time for both sides.

Experience at Andrew Sims New Market.. Saw the offers online so used the service online received texts etc back and forth but better to go in rather than talking to a bot. when we went to Kia a bunch of men standing around and just looked at us felt like we were getting judged, only Anthony came to greet me and my husband, Great service received from Anthony, he helped with what we wanted and answered our questions. If you want to purchase a car from Kia ask for Anthony he’s most likely the only person that would greet you and help you. Happy with our purchase.

Only giving one star because I have to, otherwise it would zero, like the zero service we received, zero acknowledgment, 100% ignored.Visited twice today as I was wanting to purchase a brand new Haval. First time, we thought because they were a little busy( could of at least acknowledged us) we will come back, went back later, 3 guys inside, no one in the yard except us. They 3 guys all saw us, knew we were waiting but not even a. Nod of the head, no acknowledgement nothing again. We spent some time waiting and waiting …. Nothing…. In the end we walked away. DONT waste your time going here
