I came here 4 times over a duration of 3 months and they always take a long time to make up the orders. It's a kebab, all the ingredients are ready, it should take no more than 15mins. The meat that they use always has cartilage, not good quality meat. I thought after they changed owners a while back things would improve. And what's with the extra charges for sauces on Uber?I liked that this place was close but now I much prefer traveling to Birkenhead for my kebabs.

Unsanitary and customer service staff especially the tall guy. Not wearing masks while cooking. Gross and disrespectful experience.

Food is good, flavours are nice. Staff do not conform to covid regulations however. 2 times I've been in since auckland went into red light and didn't see any staff wearing masks at all, even though they are serving foid yo the public as well as working in close proximity to each other. I wonder about their vax status.

kebab on chips was dry, tasteless, not enough sauces despite charging 50 cents for each one on Uber Eats. With hummus (which i didnt ask for) carelessly dumped on top, making the chips which weren't fresh to begin with soggy and miserable.also don't go there just for the fact that the owners try to squeeze its customers by charging for even 1 sauce.

So I actually really like their steak schnitzel with mushroom sauce and am a regular for it but today I ordered spicy chicken which is supposed to have peri peri sauces, salad and rice. I did tell them to leave out the salad but even if there was salad this is not a $22 meal. There's barely any sauce for the rice. Even taking into account the labour, this seems like a total rip off.

Worst kebab shop in Auckland. Extremely slow (45 minutes for kebab on rice with 2 other customers), got the order wrong (ordered chicken, got lamb). This place is a joke. Stay away.

Mucked up my order multiple times, had to repeat my order multiple times. Still left with the wrong order! I understand it’s busy but I’d rather wait longer and receive the right order!

Not only was the food fantastic, the lady at the counter was so extremely friendly - I liked just standing and chatting for a while. I know she wasn't having a good day, but she was all smiles and was happy to recommend the best for me.Worth checking out if you are in the area!
