Service with knowledge & understanding. As Rachael is also family, she knows I don't handle change well but she took the time to explain the process, ensured I understood & that I wasn't being pushed out of my comfort zone until I was ready. Rachael provided great feedback of what was happening while house was on the market from potential buyers & knew we were all on a similar page. House sold quicker than expected which was great for all parties envoled.

Finally͏ a successful saleThe market flattened and the agents did everything to sell the property. After 3 conditional offers were delivered over a period of months and then failing, we finally achieved a sale which very quickly went unconditional.This was definitely a long term effort and both agents kept me fully informed and provided me with options to consider.

Genuine,knowledgable and caring. Joy was an absolute Joy to deal with. She knew her stuff, came across as very genuine and caring which is rare in this profession.
