We are tourists to NZ. Our car has had weird noises with left wheels since 3 days ago. Being very worried about the car, we drove to this garage which is the closest to our hotel. A 40-year-old sir listened to my broken English carefully, then he kneeled down around the front left wheel, and checked it carefully. Within only 2 minutes, he fixed the issue!He didn't ask us even a penny for it. We asked the price, he laughed and said That's it! No need to pay!"Totally touched by the kindness. Amazing Kiwi people!Thanks !!"

Just called for a quote on an oil change and the bloke said $130 plus GST. I told him I would call back and when I did about 10 minutes later someone else picked up the phone. He then went on to quour me $150. I mentioned how the other guy said $130 to which he responded, yea)

I was recommended to go here for an oil change as I was hoping being a local in Queenstown that I was not going to get ripped off. I was charged 210.00 for a oil change, break inspection and to turn my timing belt light off - this didn't include a filter. Which they estimated would take 2 hours and I ended up waiting for an additional hour. 3 hours total and I waited two weeks for the appointment. Will not recommend this business to other locals.

It was really mistake to take your car here. Repair was for 2 stars and their communication and attitude to customers is just disaster. Most awkward thing is, that our car ended unlocked with dead battery on parking where you can park only for short time or you get fine.

The guys swapped out the starter motor on my golf and fixed a stupid plastic guard at the front that was hanging down at the front and I couldn't fix (hex screws) which I didn't ask them to do but it was all within the estimate for the starter so fantastic, very happy.
