Kaweka Flats Bivy
Nice short hike from car park. Don’t rely on staying in the bivy as there is only two beds, I would bring a tent and only use bivy in and Emergency.Nice lunch spot before travelling onto middle hill hut.

Cute wee shelter from the wind. No room to swing a possum though. We cooked up some lunch.
