One of my friend suggested to visit this salon and I had chat with the hairdresser before I took an appointment and showed pictures of my hair so they suggested balayage and quoted me $260.I wanted short hair, they coloured all my hair from the bottom below my ears they didn’t even touch my hair above my ears, when I asked about it the hairdresser asked me to pay additional $75, I didn’t wanted to pay that amount and they added some foils on my head part, it doesn’t feel like I have even coloured my hair and they had to cut all the coloured hair from the bottom. And they took more than 6 hrs to do this it was just waste of time and money. After few days I received a message saying if you are not happy with our service or colour you can book an appointment within 7 days and they can add additional foils without any cost, they requested to come on my working day, I requested for some other day but no answer so far it has been more than 10 days now. I would never suggest any of my known people to visit this salon.

I’ve been doing my Keratin Treatments with Gina at Bless Hair for over 4 years and I really recommend her services. She is very passionate and talented professional. Last time I decided to change a little bit and she recommended the balayage which I just loved it!
