I was told it would take up to 10 days to put power on when I currently have no power and when I called to try cancel I was on call for 2 hours before they canceled my call at 6:15 after close. Called back at 8am and nothing so so angry I currently have no power! DO NOT USE FLICK!Currently trying not to have a mental break down I just want to have a bloody shower and cook!

Flick Electric Co is amazing, recently changed to them, it was hassle free and now paying way less than my previous company. Their customer service is also fantastic, recently called to ask a few questions and got through to Azaria, she was so friendly and helpful, she gave awesome service. This company has the WORST customer service. Complete lack of communication, rude responses, and no care for their customers at all!!I had just moved into a new rental and got an email from flick claiming the power meter wasn't communicating.This took flick months to organise, they were so disorganised and caused several misscomunications. It was an absolute disaster, and a complete waste of time. I was checking the smart meter and it was updating with the correct data on the app the whole time!The operations Analyst Ethan was extremely rude and gave me zero information or details when asked several times about getting this sorted out. Do not recommend, at all!!Really unhappy, ive changed companies now.

These people don't care about their customers. They had cut off our power without any consultation (sorry but an email only is not appropriate). After we had paid the outstanding balance, I've had to jump through 10 different hoops to try get the power reinstated. Please don't reply with some fake sympathy customer service response, try actually improving your customer service. We will be switching power companies.

If I could leave a 0 star review, I would.TLDR: If you live in an apartment building, do NOT use Flick Electric.I was excited to join Flick, drawn in by their cheap prices and incentive to be enviornmentally friendly. Although their customer service representatives were nice and not rude, their polices were the opposite (absolutely no hate to them, they're just doing their jobs and following company rules).After one month of seemingly being connected, our power was cut off and they blamed us for having the wrong address down. No mention of 'check your address! Apartment addresses can be strange so we might be sending your power to the wrong address!' Nothing of the sort, after a million phone calls, they tried to connect us and still no power, 24 hours later, they said they'd send someone to try reconnect, but it would cost us over $100, and we had to stay in our apartment with no power for 4-6 hours waiting for someone because THEY had the wrong address. God forbid you get someone outside of their business hours, because that'll cost you over $200.We refused to pay and closed the account, opting to join Genesis instead who got us power in under 2 MINUTES after a phone call.No apology from Flick about all the stress they've caused us, the money wasted on food in our fridge that went off, nothing except A BILL for power we DIDN'T USE.Absolutely absurd.At least they waived a $25 reconnection fee for the first reconnection that didn't even work out of a 'gesture of good faith.'You know what would be a gesture of good faith? Not forcing us to pay a bill for power we didn't even use.

I think flick was better in 2020 with similar but different plans, at one point my bill was 7 dollars a week on freestyle with my AC on day n night n cooking, decided to switch to slingshot though just for the 20 off power internet bundle, hope to rejoin flick again sometime.

Have been waiting since 14th February 2023 for them to sort out incorrect bill. Was on low user and was put on standard. Even though they acknowledged mistake it is still to be corrected. The next bill sent was still incorrect also so are going to utilities complaints. Would NOT recommend this company at all. You just get told ‘Thanks for reaching out, we are working on it’I also asked for CEO email or senior manager contact to make a complaint and they refused to give it.
