DO NOT PURCHASE. Bought approximately a year ago. Just crapped out. USB port sloppy and won’t work. I did read reviews at the time. This problem was common but those reviews have gone. I recommend you do not buy one. Solar is TOTALLY useless too. DO NOT PURCHASE

My10K Sunsaver has proved to be a very satisfying unit to keep my phone powered up, especially when using it on the move, so that communication is not undisrupted.But the additional back up service topped it all off well when Callum responded promptly and most favourably when I reported the battery no longer fully held it's charge (down to about 75%).A replacement unit was couriered to my doorstep promptly with my being able to retain the original unit as back up.Now that is great service!Well done guys.Cheers from Geoff

We were very impressed with the prompt and helpful after sales service received from Callum at Sunsaver NZ.Having the vault power bank and solar panel available while camping this summer made it very easy for recharging devices.

Highly recommend this company :) Purchased the power vault ultra flex bundle special....Used it for camping and definitely a great back up in case there is no electricity at home~ Great service as well, prompt reply and friendly.

Picked up one of these sunsaver power banks. The unit is very robust which is great when the kids want to use it to charge their devices. Also does about 4 full phone charges which is excellent. Haven’t really used the solar function yet, but nice knowing it’s there as a back up.Most impressive was the customer service. I had a problem with the connecting cable (note you can just plug in any charge cable you have as it has a USB outlet). Anyway they replied to my email in approximately 20mins, had a cable in the post by the next day, and to my surprise they stuck in a second extra long connection cable. How is that for service.Money well spent

I highly recommend Sunsaver, I've had a cable and battery replaced so you can trust their service and product. I charge the batteries all the time at home to make use of the sunlight. I've also used the solar panel to charge up a flat car battery which worked great too.

I bought my SunSaver Classic power bank in 2018 and have used it for all my travels since then. This product is durable with a large storage capacity as well as other benefits such as solar power charging, LED flashlight and dual USB outputs so I can charge 2 devices at the same time. I have used SunSaver Classic for all my hikes and it is particularly useful for multi-day hikes as it provides several phone recharges to full capacity.SunSaver Classic has also saved me in various other places/situations when I needed my phone charged - airports, hostels, tours, bus rides and many other situations. It is a perfect power bank for me when travelling.In addition, the customer service at SunSaver is excellent. I recently lost the charging cable and Callum was kind enough to promptly send me spare cables for free. Thank you so much Callum! I really appreciate it. I would highly recommend SunSaver Classic!

We used the SunSaver portable charger and powerbank for a 25 day expedition that was being filmed for a doco. Having this kit with us gave us peace of mind that all our electronics would remain charged and ready for use. We were in the deepest back country of Fiordland and the SunSaver charger and powerbank proved to be rugged, reliable and easy to use. We would highly recommend getting one if you want to be out in the wild, but need to keep electronics charged.

I just bought the sun saver 10k yesterday at home and garden show in Trust Stadium and I'll say that I'm very impress. I like how you don't have to keep charging it coz you can just use the power of the sun. You can use it when your camping, hiking, bush walking and going to the beach. It can detect any light not just the sunlight

Very enthusiastic people who looked after us very well. I would recommend them as a highly efficient business with great systems in place. The chargers and logic employed in the products is second to none.Malcolm from Nelson
