The person on the phone could hardly understand me. I was pushed for time and don't have the luxury of repeating myself more than 3 times. Hopefully the work is better than the customer service. I'm sure it is! If you are of Indian decent then this is the place for you! Also $5 more for brake pads than our usual.

Purchased a used set of tires to pass a WOf, and requested they swap out my flat spare with one of my old tires. Six months later, I fail my next WOF at a different garage because the tires I just got were not matching. While BP workshop did provide a replacement, it ended up having a nail in out, and when I went for my spare it was still flat, and clearly was not changed. BP refused to accept any fault, and even after wasting many hours of my time with their mistakes still charged me to fix my tire. Cheap, but inattentive, and THEY DO NOT GAURENTEE THEIR WORK.

The place is ok, but the waiting area is dark with Indian music playing on an Indian radio station. No staff member smiled. My car passed its WOF but when I got in to drive away the interior, especially the steering wheel, was dirty and gritty. The mechanics did not clean it up afterwards. I found this very disappointing.

I was speaking to one of the staff over the phone and he was very rude. He called my car trash" and refused to install led headlights even though we booked in a date."

Had my car serviced and engine mount replaced and repaired. Quick quality service. Was told by other places it will take over 2weeks, these guys got me sorted in one day.!!! Awesome customer service, reliable and efficient. Car is working beautifully !!!! Thank you will be a regular

Have had two service jobs completed by BP Workshop, on two seperate vehicles. One was to diagnose an engine fault; the other welding in a new flange to satisfy a WOF requirement. My previous exhaust shop owner has retired this year. Very happy with the work completed, thank you.

This team is remarkably amazing! :) They have a great friendly staff and do all repairs on high standards with time barriers. This workshop is a go to, they put heaps of work into their repairs. Brought our van in for an oil change and we noticed oil leaking while driving on holidays. Brought it into another shop and they found the wrong oil filter was installed.
