We have our fireplace installed about 5 years ago by Living Fame and have had it serviced by them each year. I can't recommend them highly enough. They are exceptionally good in communication and their attention to details. Nothing is ever a trouble. Staff are super friendly and professional.

Great company. They were able to schedule a service and repair on a day when they had someone in the area which saved a big call out fee. Our place is 80 km out of Auckland. Have had my outdoor fire/BBQ for 14 years and still love it.

Update 29-03-2023: Just had another service for our fireplace and was really impressed with Stanley who conducted the service. Really professional, friendly and tidy. Nothing but good things to say about the experience with Living Flame. Highly recommended.Amazing company to deal with. Bought a new gas fire from them for our new home 5 years ago and have been incredibly impressed with the after sales service and support especially from Monique. Would happily recommend to others.

We had an exceptional experience with living flame and would highly recommend any of their fires. I’m someone that asks a lot of questions (sorry Paul) and does a lot of research before I commit to something and couldn’t go past there extensive range and custom builds. I found Paul and his team to be very friendly and knowledgeable and the best part was you could alter so much to get the exact look you are after. Great company to deal with and I wouldn’t look anywhere else for the next one!
