Very dishonest. The staff told me the cost to fix my phone screen would be $200 on one day and when I returned the next after some thought, they changed their mind and said it would cost $450 because of their “computer system” saying the cost to replace a phone screen is actually $450. When I asked if I could see where their “computer system” said it cost that much for replace a phone screen, they grinned and said no. Please stay away from this store and be warned.

Really bad, they used a low quality screen when replacing mine which did not have the colour accuracy of an OEM screen and broke within a week from it being in my pocket when I sat (with nothing else in my pocket). Which should not happen with any gorrilia glass screen (I'm not a big person). Also even before then the fingerprint reader was not recognising my fingers as well and the screen would act weird (like registering false touches or not registering other touches).I went in since it was still under warranty, they told me I shouldn't put it in my back pocket so it's my fault and won't replace it. And still claimed it was and OEM screen, I requested they send me the data sheet of name of supplier so I can check it, and it's now it's been weeks with no reply. So the warranty is a lie and they will not honour it.It costed me market rate for a screen for a week. Do not go here! it's better to get a new phone or go somewhere else.

Very friendly, quick service helping me replacing a screen protector I brought to them. Did a much better job than I could do and gave me some good advice too. Highly recommended.

Both my wife and I have been customers here for screen protectors and both of us are dissatisfied with the service we received.Firstly; the quality of the product is substandard. These are generic plastic films that are cut on the spot to specific sizes to suit your phone with a special printer. They don't protect against hard scratches or falls, just minor 'keys in the pocket' type scratches. Whats worse is that they simply don't last past a few weeks. With my wife's phone, the screen protector just lifted in the corners and tore off in shards rendering it useless. For my phone, it started to shrink and warp out of shape also lifting after only 2 weeks of use.The second issue here is that the customer service is basically non-existent. After returning back to complain about the fault, the staff refused to do anything about it even through we were able to produce a receipt. After arguing for a while the only thing they offered was a $5 discount on a replacement but who in their right mind would pay another $40 (which is expensive and not competitive) only to end up with another sub-standard product.I don't know if the person who installed the screen protectors on our phones just wasn't trained properly or if their product batch was just one-off bad, but the fact that they were unwilling to do anything to fix the issue will prevent us from ever coming back to them.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Very bad customer service! Very low quality work. Got a screen protector for my phone and it came of within few weeks. Went back to get the replacement the lady was keep rejecting it was done by her. They are cheaters. Do not ever go there!!!

About a year ago I smashed the screen on my OnePlus 7T and because it's a pretty niche phone, no other repair shop could fix it except this store. They fixed it for a good price and did it quite quickly.And then about 3 weeks ago I smashed it again, and got it repaired in less than a day.2 successful repairs later, and I'm a very satisfied customer.

I took my iPhone to Phone Zone to have the screen repaired. I was told that I needed to provide my phone unlock code so they could check the phone is working after replacing the screen. I explained to them that I would check the phone when I went back to pick it up, but they were still insistent I give them the unlock code. Please don’t fall for this unscrupulous behaviour if you get your phone repaired by Phone Zone. Never give your password to anyone, especially someone you don’t know.
