I’ve been having regular Dermapen microneedling and facial peels for the last six months and couldn’t be happier with the results. My pigmentation and skin texture has noticeably improved and I’m enjoying regular compliments on my skin. I also see Up for laser hair removal, as well as lash lifts, and am equally happy with the results. The staff are lovely, I like the salon and appreciate the onsite parking.

It was my first time here at UP and it definitely won’t be my last. I had Henna done on my brows by the very lovely Izumi. She started off by making sure I was comfortable, mapped my brows, and really listened to what I intended to have before letting me know what would be best for me. We had such a lovely chat while she worked on my brows and the end results were amazing! Izumi was thorough, detailed and even showed me the Henna colour swatch on her wrist to make sure I was comfortable before proceeding. She gave me a little eyebrow brush to bring home with after the treatment and assured me that she had the colour of the Henna recorded (she concocted the perfect colour for me!) for my next visit.I’ve had been to several salons for treatment but UP is will definitely be my only go-to now. Thanks Izumi for such a warm and lovely experience!

I've been seeing Ui for my lashes since 2017 and she (and her technicians) have always been engaging, warm and made me feel welcomed. I trust them with my lashes, they give me great advice on how to look after them and are consummate professionals throughout the whole process. Worth the cost. You pay for the service and attention to detail that they bring. Thank you Ui for being so patient with me especially when I keep demanding changes in my appointment haha!xx Brooke

Did not shape my eyebrows properly. Left a lot of hair on them that needed waxed off. Did not skin stretch and was painfully slow when removing the wax. Paid for subtle volume lashes but did not get that result. The product they used made my skin feel very irritated. In the end I had to pay $840 for a service that was worth about $30.

Had lash extensions and a brow lamination at UP about a week ago and am so happy with the result. Hayley took her time to get my lashes and brows perfect and let me listen to lectures while she did her thing. Thanks heaps team, I'll be back and will be recommending you. <3

This place is a lifesaver. I've tried quite a few of the high-end places in Auckland, I haven't discovered someone as good as Ui when it comes to eyebrow shaping. I care about the symmetry of my eyebrows, and I don't like them being tinted. I like the arch. So I needed someone who could shape them perfectly. And Ui really does that. She is very good at what she does, and she listens to what you want. Also with her recommendation, I discovered Chloe (Up salon as well). And that was another lifesaver. My skin had problems right before Christmas, I was panicking. I emailed and asked if she could do something to fix it, and she fixed it! (For me it was a small Christmas miracle.) So I didn't look awful in the family pictures everybody shared everywhere. I highly recommend this place.

Not happy with the treatment since the first session, I had 2 sessions of microblading and thes result wasn’t what I expected at all, tint came off after the sessions and then they offered me a shading which also came off. I’m absolutely disappointed with the treatment and sad because it was more than $700 wasted. The “specialist” insist that this was part of the treatment and it was normal, I don’t think my result it’s something similar with the photos they posted on their website. What the specialist believe is fine, let me tell you that it’s far far away from what you understand a microblading is, please, find another place for this treatment.

I’ve been coming for a year now and my lashes are always incredible! The condition of my lashes are so healthy and you can never see glue! It lasts really long if you take care of them & falls out naturally so it doesn’t look like chunks of lashes falling out! On top of that everyone is so nice and professional and the atmosphere is so relaxing! Definitely worth the price & won’t go anywhere else for my lashes :)

Absolutely professional, super friendly, immaculately clean - and such a beautiful result with my lashes. Brand new furniture and fit out with soothing colors with such spacious and luxury fittings. Highly highly recommend this professional Lash bar.
