Great walk steep in places but amazing views from the top, suggest taking the loop track up and coming down the direct route, open from November till 25th April Anzac Day.

Actually didn't do the walk, but attended the Anzac service. I am very proud to be one of the Revd Ashcroft's grandaughters!

Tinui ANZAC Walkway
A good and relatively short walk to the ANZAC memorial cross through a variety of terrain including Pine Forest, Farmland and a short but steep'ish climb through Native regenerating Bush.Approximately 3.1 km one way with option to do an additional 1.4km loop. Reasonably good scenery of the surrounding district.

Moderately challenging walk through a varied landscape of pine, farmland and native scrub/bush ending at the trig/anzac memorial cross. An historic graveyard next door is worth checking out too.

Great walk. Quite steep and didn't make it to the top with little kids. No dogs allowed either.
