Heartland Ambassador Hotel Hamilton

Had 2 nights in this motel which sleeps 4 people. The kitchen bench is 1 metre long with NO SINK. AND NO COOK TOP. There was only 2 of us but preparing a meal with small bench space and no sink is impossible so how 4 would cope is any ones guess. Is this OK with health and safety?? The online info does not say there is no sink or cook top. Room is very very long overdue for redecorating. Lovely bed and linen though. Won't return.

I have stayed with the Heartland Ambassador a couple of times now whilst working in Hamilton. I have always been very happy with the service and comfort. My most recent visit was no different. Will gladly stay again.

A great value for family room of 4.We chose this place as it has option of family room and close to many shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. It’s not too far from the famous Hamilton Garden as wellThe room is not too spacious but enough for the 4 of us. Beds are comfy. Pillows and extra blankets are available. Ironing board and iron is also available. The pool and hot tub can be use after 9 AM and our room is close to it.Service is good and friendly.

Great clean and spacious rooms. Great included breakfast with lovely staff on the front desk and at breakfast. Had a car, main street restaurants etc" could be far walk for some. Took me about 20-25mins on foot."

Lovely clean, spacious room with a super comfortable bed. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Just wish I could have stayed longer :-)

Great stay. Super close to all the amenities we needed. Pak n Save right across the road, food places and the stadium just a short stroll.Rooms were tidy and presented as shown in the photos. Enough amenities for a one night stay. Our twin queen room was big enough for 4 of us. However no microwave or cooking facilities in the room. The only sink is in the bathroom. Worked for us but a heads up for someone staying longer wanting to cook. There is a pool and spa on site which is nice. Staff were wonderful. Efficient check in and super easy to deal with. Little bit of road noise but no fault of the hotel, just part of the central location. All in all a good stay. Would come back again.

This extremely clean hotel is great for a short stay, and the hot tub is definitely a bonus! The rooms were good, although a little dated. But very comfortable and close to town. But for me, what stood out was the breakfast room! Again, super clean and tidy, and the food...even the baked beans were not your ordinary baked beans, the scrambled eggs were light and fluffy, the choice of food great. You could tell that the people in the kitchen care and it shows through in not just the food, but the set up. I have stayed in countless hotels and this really was one of the better break fast places. We were very happy with our stay!

We stayed for 2 night's we enjoyed our stay the staff very friendly and helpful. My son loved the pool and we enjoyed the Hot tub a nice way to end a day. Breakfast fantastic! Our room was very clean and comfortable but i will say it is a standard motel room calling it a superior plus room is a bit misleading ! Great location very handy to town and some lovely restaurants.Great parking.

We had a one night stay and the lady in reception was absolutely lovely and very welcoming. The room was very clean. Thank you for your wonderful service. Regards Brenda
